Welop is a team of pharmacists and web developers. It knows the counter, the on-duty rota and healthcare regulations, and turns that into websites that work.
Every website is designed and built by the Welop team, and all health content is reviewed by a pharmacist before it is published. That is why it started with pharmacies and now also works with clinics and veterinary practices: businesses with changing hours, patients searching on their phones and their own rules about what can be published.
The way of working is not the usual one: first you get a demo of your website, for free. Then, if you like it, one monthly fee and a single WhatsApp for everything, instead of an IT person, an agency, a designer and a printer.

The demo
What exactly is the demo?
It is your real website, built with your business's public details (hours, address, services, photos) and your branding. It isn't a template or a sketch: it is the website that would go live.
How long does it take?
7 days at most from when the form is sent. It arrives in your inbox with a private link.
What if I don't like it?
Nothing happens. You don't pay and the demo is deleted 7 days after it was sent. No follow-up calls.
Does it show up on Google?
No. It is private: only people with the link can see it.
Pricing and payment
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, every price on the website includes Spanish VAT (21 %).
What is the setup fee?
The one-off payment that covers design and launch. You pay it when you approve the website, before it goes live.
What's the difference between the basic and the advanced website?
The basic one is a single page with the essentials: hours, services, contact and map. The advanced one has several pages, one per service, sections you edit yourself (promotions, tips, events), Google reviews and several languages.
Is there a minimum term?
Twelve months on the plans and six on social media bought separately. It is written into the contract.
Can I pay for the whole year?
Yes, and you get a month free: you pay for eleven.
Can I change plans?
Upgrading, at any time. Downgrading, once the minimum term ends.
If you ever leave
Is the domain mine?
Yes. It is registered in your name and it stays with you.
And the website?
You get the content, copy, photos and designs. The website can be moved to another provider.
And social media?
The accounts are yours from the start. Welop only has access to manage them.
